Glenn Brown at Gagosian

Glenn Brown rocked Gagosian with some first class painting in his one person show at Britannia Street. With his usual combination of big themes, technique, scale, knowing nods to art history and slightly kitsch sci-fi leanings, Brown put together a solid body with one or two star pieces. 'Star Dust' (left) and 'Youth, Beautiful Youth' were tragic, beautiful and simply awe-inspiring.
